Return and Refund Policy

Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from purchase.

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 30 days have passed, we can only accept returns for defective products covered by our 1-year warranty.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items not in their original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Contact & Validate – Start by contacting us. Once we validate your request, we’ll issue a return shipping label.

Return Shipment – Pack your item with the provided label and drop it off with our carrier.

Inspection & Approval – After receiving the item, we’ll inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking and shipping fee for non-defective returns. Funds typically post within 14-21 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 21 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are available only for defective items under our 1-year warranty. To start an exchange:

Contact us via the form or email, including your order number and description of the defect.

Our team will validate the request and issue a return label.

Pack the item securely, attach the label, and ship it using the assigned carrier. We’ll cover all shipping for defective items, and your warranty will reset with the exchanged product.

Gifts

If marked as a gift at purchase, returns generate a gift credit. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

For non-defective returns, customers cover shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Use a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

Warranty

All original components of the new Product are covered by a one-year warranty for USA orders from the delivery date.Claims under this warranty must be made directly to Farrumex, and proof of purchase is required.Farrumex will replace or refund if the damage is caused by a defect in our workmanship.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • An improper or negligent use, operation, or transformation.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damages or defects due to accidents.
